El Camion serves fresh, authentic mexican food from their three taco trucks and from their restaurant in Ballard. They are considered to be the best tacos in Seattle.

It's a great little space - and perfectly priced for a good meal on a budget. I went with a friend and we shared the fish taco appetizer and veggie fajitas, which was just the right amount of food. Both dishes were great, though the fish tacos were tempura style, which I wasn't expecting. Only market fresh, locally-sourced meats and produce in in all our innovative twists on Mexican classics.

We will be taking advantage of all the locally grown produce, so we'll only be using the freshest ingredients. Our cooking style is fresh and healthy, with a lot big flavors.
